amazing location peaceful atmosphere cute staff
The location is amazing. It's really close to everything!!! the hotel is set back from the main road. this. i really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. I felt so welcome.
the walk from the main road to the reception felt a bit long with luggage.

the room included a king size bed with soft pillows, and i slept very well. i appreciated the bidet in the toilet and the strong rain shower with hot water. complimentary toiletries were replenished daily.

all staff members are polite and friendly, from the concierge to the cleaning crew. i noticed staff maintained the compound and garden, and the security staff provided me a sense of safety. the staff assisted with directions and recommendations.

quiet and lovely stay
excellent location spacious room friendly staff
The hotel location is excellent, close to restaurants and shops. A short walk gets you to the beach! i appreciated the spacious, clean rooms. the pools were also a fantastic feature. the staff was friendly and always helpful.

the pools are situated just after reception and are surrounded by well-kept gardens. breakfast included a wide variety of western and local dishes and also had an egg station. the hotel provides free stable wifi and tv with international channels.

airy rooms central location housekeeping service road noise poor soundproofing crowded pool
the rooms were clean and airy! the housekeeping staff did a very good job. the location was really central, though it felt surprisingly peaceful.
My room faced the road, so i heard motorbikes at night. the soundproofing wasn't great, i could hear doors banging sometimes. also the pool got crowded during the day. I struggled to find a sun lounger.

The hotel is close to the main street and restaurants (convenient for shopping and dining). Staff members were helpful and professional. I appreciated the attentive service and readiness to help.
The layout requires a walk from the main road to the reception and rooms. This was a little inconvenient.

caring staff excellent location filling breakfast
The staff were so kind, often remembering my name and always checking if I was well. The location proved excellent, it allowed me to explore the area easily. My room had a balcony with a lovely pool view. The provided breakfast felt varied and quite filling.
The towels in the room looked rather gray and not particularly fluffy. They did not seem clean at all.
